Meghna Mukherjee is a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer with close to a decade of experience in the legal profession. A first-generation legal professional, she has built her practice through a sustained focus on advocacy, rigorous legal research and strategic understanding of complex disputes.

Over the course of her career, she has handled matters spanning a broad spectrum of law—from constitutional and complex legal questions to commercial, corporate, infrastructure, construction and contractual disputes. Her practice has involved advising and representing clients in matters requiring both detailed legal analysis and effective courtroom advocacy.She has appeared and practised before various judicial, quasi-judicial and arbitral forums, including the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, DRT/DRAT, NCLT/NCLAT and arbitral tribunals, among others.Meghna believes that effective advocacy requires a holistic understanding of the law, the facts and the larger interests of the client.
